Timelines: Assault on America is a real time strategy game set during the Second World War that has just landed on Android from developers Strategy First. Released on Steam last year, Timeslines campaign is set in an alternate 1940’s America as it suffers an invasion attempt from the German army. Players can choose to play as one of nine nations, USA, UK, France, Russia, Japan, German, Hungary, Romania, or Czechoslovakia, as they hinder or aid the Axis forces on their advance towards Washington D.C.
The game features 12 missions and 20 types of unit for each of the 9 playable nations. Units can be upgraded with more than 200 usable upgrades available, and game play contains tactical elements such as planting minefields and constructing turrets. Players also have the option of utilizing airstrikes for special attacks. Timelines: Assault on America also features a multiplayer mode for up to four people with co-op, player versus player, and player versus AI modes on offer, and has support for cross-platform multiplayer on Android, PC, IOS, Mac, and LINUX.
